SHECARES HEALTH INITIATIVE (SHI) is a registered nonprofit organization focused on improving reproductive health awareness, access to care, and emotional support for women and young people in Nigeria.
Our goal is to eliminate stigma surrounding conditions such as PCOS, fibroids, endometriosis, infertility, and other reproductive health concerns through inclusive education and accessible support structures.

AIMS

- To promote awareness of sexual and reproductive health issues such as PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, and infertility in both men and women.

- To support children and teenagers through education, counseling, and empowerment programs that address their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Objectives
- Conduct community outreach programs to raise awareness about reproductive health conditions and their impact.
- Offer free or subsidized health screenings for early diagnosis of conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, and fibroids.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide specialized training, workshops, and seminars on reproductive health issues.
- Establish support groups and online forums for individuals living with reproductive health conditions to share experiences and resources
- Develop mentorship and counseling programs for teenagers, and women focusing menstrual hygiene, self-esteem, sexual education, and emotional resilience.
